Administrator, it allowed to show only 600*800 pixel.
It can show here only photos taken by cell phone…
I’m afraid that there is no chance to use it for me…
Yes, the maximum photo size is set to 800 x 600 pixels. This is to make sure that they will display without problem on most monitors. But Satohi, you can post photos that are larger: you simply have to re-size them first. This is a very simple step which you can accomplish with Microsoft’s picture manager or any other number of free photo editing software. My favorite is this one: http://www.getpaint.net/ This one also looks like it would be good: http://www.photoscape.org/ps/main/index.php
There are even web sites that allow you to do it without downloading any software. I think I’ve used this one before successfully: http://www.picnik.com/
On top of all that, it is possible for us to increase the size limits, which we could do on a trial basis, but many digital cameras capture at such large sizes now that it would end up with display problems, I am sure.
One other option I will investigate for the future is to see if we can embed slide shows from Picasa or Flickr. These sites can generate code that if you embed it in a blog post, for example, a slide show will play right there. That does not work in this forum at present, but might be possible in future.
